Tecmo has added substance to it's pledge of Nintendo Revolution support, showing PangYa Golf from Korean developer Ntreev, by way of it's official website at close of business today in Japan.

The game has been something of a smash hit in the massively multiplayer land of Korea and has gathered support from the gay community for it's openly homoerotic mods, which include the option of dressing up your male character in rubber hotpants and the like.

SPOnG is absolutely stunned that a free online Korean golf game with a “Hard Gay” mode is essentially the first officially announced game for the looming Revolution console. But we are totally excited at the announcement of PangYa Golf Revolution. The Nintendo machine's interface lends itself perfectly to the genre as it will so many other gaming possibilities.

Still, “Hard Gay” golf. An interesting debut for a home console to be sure. Perhaps this is what Iwata means when he says the Revolution will appeal to everyone.

Personallly, I'm disappointed. Disppaointed in you, SPOnG. You missed a perfectly good opportunity to "slip in" a ball pun, maybe even a club pun, maybe even an "in the ruff" pun etc.

Shame Tecmo can't be more creative, and if not creative I'd still rather see an nice korean rpg like Ragnorok Online instead.

When I thought Spong couldn't ever reach a new low, they proved me wrong. Their low is bottomless.
