Great game to push the online connectivity of the DS to the masses, this plus Animal Crossing will help push things on a global scale.

A positive move and a good reason to bag a DS on the way up to MH release. I can see a potential DS MH pack in the pipeline already.

I’m still a little confused as to how this is going to work? From what I’ve read so far, Nintendo is going to offer a “free” internet service via “hotspots” located around the country.. based on servers they run wirelessly. So Baslicly its like having a wirelss cabel service network in your house. The only question I have is how do we know where Nintendo intends to set up these spots? Are they going to release a list or something? Because if they are going to offer it in my area.. I will be first in line to buy a Revolution, and I will also pick up a DS over the PSP anyday if it comes with free internet connectivity

But the PSP offers free* internet access also, when used in conjunction with Xlink Kai.

nintendo does not set up hotspot they are already set up now and they are always expanding everywhere its free internet

A user with a "Wi-Fi Certified" product can use any brand of access point with any other brand of client hardware that also is certified

PSP may be online but try playing a rts or fps with the psp and these are the biggest online games

Counter strike for ds i can see it happening already

Too bad SPOnG is lying out of their ass.

It must suck to have zero credibility.

By the time metroid prime hunters comes out psp will already have grand theft auto, which will most likely have online multiplayer. No one can deny when gta comes out on psp in may, we will have what happened with gta 3 and ps 2 all over again.
