The Pan-European Game Information (PEGI) website has just rated Michael Jackson's Moonwalker for the Wii's Virtual Console platform, proving that a revival of the classic arcade game is more likely than initially thought.
Even SEGA wasn't sure as to whether it could, either legally or morally, re-release the Sega Mega Drive game in any form following the singer's untimely death in June. Seems like the legalities and other such things have been sorted out rather quickly.
No official word on when the game will hit the Virtual Console store, but a PEGI rating means that it's only a matter of time until you can Moonwalk gangster goons out of existence.
Thanks to Videogamer for the spot.
